How to Prevent Windows 7 Shutdown or Restart

Many times we want to restrict or just to annoy someone by making his / her Computer unable to Shutdown or Restart.
Now here is the Trick to do so i.e Trick on How to Prevent Windows 7 Shutdown or Restart.

So to use this Trick just follow these simple steps :

1) Click Start  >>  Type "mmc" ( without quotes )  >>  press Enter to Open the Microsoft Management Console.

2) Now in the File Tab, click on Add / Remove Snap-in.

3) Now in the Left Side, under the available Snap-in’s, Select Group Policy Object and Double Click on it and Click Browse.

4) Now under the Users Tab Select Non Administrators and Click OK.

5) Now under the Newly created Local Computer \ Non Administrators Policy Object in the Left Pane Navigate to User Configuration  >>   Administrative Templates  >>  Start Menu and Taskbar.

6) Now here Select Remove and Prevent Access to the Shutdown, Restart, Sleep, and Hibernate Commands and double Click on it from the Right Pane.

7) Now Select Enable  >>  Apply  >>  OK and it is done. Now Windows 7 is Prevented from Shutting Down or Restarting.
